Ha! 2013 — I’ve never done that! Gorgeous 3-ply…the colors are wonderful and I know you’ll love knitting with it. Please bring the game to the Maine Retreat — we seem to have trouble coming up with conversational topics. Ha! again! Wicked good episode. Did you hear me yelling, “STREAM BED LACE SHOULDER STOLE”?? I’ve got to work on some better names, don’t I?

    • One of those days I guess 🙂 No, I didn’t hear you….yell louder next time 😀 (and your names are fine…it’s my memory that needs work!)

I’m running a little behind on podcasts, but what else is new! I’m currently working on a pair of Hermione’s Everyday socks myself. I really like this pattern. I’m doing it on dpns instead of 2 circulars. I’m wondering though if it could be adapted without too much effort into toe-up with the Fish Lips Kiss heel (I hate heel flaps). Guess I’ll just have to buy more sock yarn and experiment.

    • I found this pattern very easily adaptable to the dpns (lucky for me “cause that’s all I use for socks!) I’ve never done toe up….it’s on my bucket list. I’ve heard so much talk about the Fish Lips Kiss pattern…..I seriously need to find out more about it! 🙂 Heel flaps? I love ’em!!! (seriously!) I agree that buying more sock yarn to experiment is truly the only way to go! (I like the way you think!!!) Thanks for watching….Happy (sock) Knitting!
